We’re gearing up for our 11th Annual PAMM Corporate Luncheon tomorrow, where hundreds of South Florida’s most influential business leaders will come together for an afternoon of community and delicious cuisine by STARR Catering Group in collaboration with Goya. This year, we’re highlighting the intersection of art and fashion in Miami’s growing economy. All funds from the luncheon will be donated to the museum’s art and education outreach programs. Make your reservations now at: pamm.org/CL11.
We sat down with STARR Catering Group General Manager Emily Burster ahead of tomorrow’s event.
PAMM: What defines Miami cuisine?
Burster: Miami cuisine is the intricate balance of melding cultures. We have a culturally diverse community which heavily influences the unique flavor of our “Magic City.”

This year’s lunch reception will feature delicious cuisine by STARR Catering Group in collaboration with Goya. What will you be serving our guests?
Our menu is intended to be a great representation of what Miami’s bold, flavorful, influential cuisine encompasses.
How does STARR Catering Group’s relationship with PAMM stand out?
Our relationship with PAMM can be felt throughout the entire event. We spend months planning the menu and décor, logistically laying out the event from start to finish. We work closely with the PAMM development team to ensure all of their ideas are brought to life.
