PAMM in the Community: Art Kits

This summer, Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) is bringing the museum to the community. PAMM’s education department has been hard at work creating art kits to donate to children and youth throughout Miami-Dade County.

Recently, Manager of School Programs Grace Torres distributed kits to three community organizations that work with homeless youth—Casa Valentina, Miami Bridget Youth and Family Services Inc., and Florida Baptist Children’s Home—hoping to support our community’s children creatively throughout the summer. In these unprecedented times, children may be experiencing varying emotions they can express through their artwork. With these kits, we hope to make art more accessible to all by providing needed supplies and tools.
